The construction site shares the premises with the office. The teams keep the communal areas tidy and clean, and carry out the noisiest work during designated times.
Every supplier on site is coordinated by our site manager, who ensures strict compliance with health and safety regulations, relieving you of any coordination responsibilities.

Absolutely not. Our approach ensures that the building works coexist with your business without disrupting it. We use a ‘strategic phasing’ approach, planning the work in small sections (step by step) and creating buffer zones. This way, your staff can continue to work in complete safety whilst we renovate the rest of the office.
We adhere to a strict Clean Policy. Our teams ensure that shared communal areas are kept tidy and clean on a daily basis. Furthermore, to minimise disruption to your operations, we undertake to carry out the noisiest and most disruptive work in the evenings or at weekends.
We manage every stage of a complete refurbishment. Acting as your single point of contact, we oversee all aspects of the project, including building works, the refurbishment and upgrading of services to current standards, false ceilings and plasterboard work, the installation of raised or carpeted technical flooring, finishing works, and the incorporation of indoor greenery (space planning).
We take care of everything, so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork. Our technical department handles every necessary step: from preparing and submitting planning applications, to site safety, right through to updating the property’s documentation and providing all the final certificates required by law.
No, you will be relieved of all coordination responsibilities. Every supplier on site is managed and coordinated by our site manager, who constantly ensures strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.
