Where design
meets practicality
Our proprietary method which combines design and operational management
OUR METHOD:
DESILIA
Every project begins with a method. Desilia is our exclusive framework: an integrated system that combines design, operational support and Italian quality into a single, coherent workflow.
Not just aesthetics, but enhanced design. Technical tools that transform abstract concepts into practical, flexible and modern solutions.
The bridge between concept and reality. A comprehensive support service that eliminates discrepancies between the design and the construction site, ensuring the project is successfully implemented.
The essence of tailoring. The attention to detail and functional aesthetics of Made in Italy interior design solutions.

Every project begins with listening, develops through a clear vision and takes shape with operational precision.
For us, this is DESILIA: a design concept that blends aesthetics and function, inspiration and execution, transforming every idea into a concrete and harmonious solution. An approach designed to enhance every detail and bring to life spaces that express the excellence of Made in Italy design.
We don’t start by drawing; we start by listening. We analyse your corporate culture, operational workflows and functional requirements.
Layouts, mood boards and mock-ups – we let you experience your office before it’s built.
From design to completion. Arredoufficio as LAB Director: we lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate every stage of the project, ensuring a seamless process.
The project doesn’t end with handover. We support your company’s development to accommodate any future reconfigurations.
DESIGN EMPATHY
We listen to your story before designing your new spaces. We want to understand your corporate culture, your ambitions and the real needs of those who will use the office every day.
SHARED VISION
We design with you, not just for you. You are actively involved in the creative process, working with us to create a space that truly reflects who you are 100%.
PRESENCE THROUGH TIME
No hidden costs, no nasty surprises on the horizon. We manage your budget with the same care and transparency as we would our own.
DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION
Our relationship doesn’t end with the completion of your office . We are, in fact, ready to adapt the space to your business’s future needs.
the approach to office design
Arredoufficio can integrate directly with the technical design team: it provides support during the layout phase and with the selection of materials and furnishings, offers advice on ergonomics and acoustics, and delivers detailed drawings or 3D models to be incorporated into the overall architectural design.
Yes. Arredoufficio offers the creation of technical drawings, 3D models and photorealistic renderings tailored to the architect’s design, which are useful for presentations, planning permission applications or sharing visualisations with the client.
Of course. If the architectural design requires specific dimensions, finishes, materials or configurations, Arredoufficio can create bespoke furniture to fit the space and meet the professional’s exact requirements.
Arredoufficio coordinates transport, delivery, assembly and any additional work, liaising with the architectural firm and the other contractors involved. This means the firm does not have to deal with the operational side of things: a single point of contact is all that is needed.
Yes. In addition to the furnishings, it is possible to coordinate complementary elements such as acoustic panels, raised access floors, suspended ceilings, lighting and special finishes, so that the project remains consistent with the overall architectural design.
Yes. Arredoufficio also works to pre-drafted specifications, adhering to the technical specifications, material data sheets, aesthetic standards and dimensional constraints set by the design studio, thereby ensuring consistency between the design and the final product.
Yes. You can provide physical samples, renderings, mood boards, 3D simulations and technical documentation to help the architect present the interior design project to their clients in a clear and compelling way.
